Raj TV is a Tamil language Indian general entertainment channel based in Chennai, India, which was launched on 14 October 1994. The channel features a variety of soap operas, game shows, newscasts, films and shows of general entertainment. It airs serials such as Ganga Yamunaa, Mann Vasanai, Poovizhi Vasalile, Kanchana and Indira-Puthumai Penn. It airs Rajageetham (a reality show), Koppiyam (an anthology series), and Agada Vigadam (a debate show). The Raj Television Network incorporated on June 3, 1994 to provide wholesome entertainment for the entire family and it is Second largest Television satellite broadcasters in south India.
