انطلق بث تلفزيون نور دبي في 01/09/2008، ويهتم بالمواضيع التي تهم الرجل والمرأة والطفل والشاب، بالإضافة إلى مواضيع خاصة بالرياضة والاقتصاد والتربية والصحة. وكل ذلك في إطار اجتماعي وبرؤية إسلامية معتدلة.

وفي 11 أكتوبر 2009 تم نقل ملكية إذاعة وتلفزيون نور دبي من المجموعة الإعلامية العربية إلى مؤسسة دبي للإعلام.
